瓦努阿图买房移民：Real Estate Option Program (REO)

房地产期权计划 Real Estate Option Program (REO)

REO 计划于 2021 年 7 月 23 日开始。根据 REO 申请公民身份的申请人除了支付规定的费用外，还必须在瓦努阿图政府批准的项目（VGA 项目）中投资房产。

目前批准的 VGA 项目有 4 个，如下所示：

1.位于埃法特岛仁塔堡的“太平洋之泉”；“Pacific Springs” situated at Rentabao on the island of Efate;

2. 位于埃法特岛纳尔波角的“纳尔波角珊瑚湾”；“Narpow Point Coral Bay” situated at Narpow Point on the island of Efate;

3.位于埃法特岛纳尔波角的“FPF彩虹城项目”；“FPF Rainbow City Project” situated at Narpow Point on the island of Efate;

4.“Milai”位于埃斯皮里图桑托岛上。“Milai” situated on the island of Espiritu Santo.
